It may seem odd to say the Eagles (10-5) and Bills (11-4) have been underwhelming this year. They’re playoff teams and potentially both division winners. But if you’ve been keeping up, neither squad has matched the level of dominance they had last year.
Despite playoff berths locked in, there’s still plenty to play for. Division titles and seeding are still on the table.
Buffalo is a 1.5-point favorite and -120 on the moneyline, while Philadelphia is +100 on DraftKings Sportsbook. The game total is set at 44.5 points.

Eagles vs. Bills Best Prop Bets
Saquon Barkley over 85.5 rushing yards (-111)
Although the Eagles aren’t the same powerhouse they were last year, they became the first back-to-back NFC East champions in 20 years. The team uses a run-first offense with Saquon Barkley and Jalen Hurts teaming up for one of the best rushing duos in the league.
Barkley isn’t matching his historic 2024 season, but he’s still over 1,000 yards rushing with two games to play. This is a great matchup for him as Buffalo allows the fourth most rushing yards and most rushing touchdowns to opposing teams.
Hurts will get his tush-push chances, but Barkley is still the main threat in every other run scenario.
James Cook over 86.5 rushing yards (-113)
While the Bills’ run defense is porous, their run offense is the best in league. That’s not hyperbole either, as Buffalo ranks first in carries, rushing yards and rushing touchdowns. It ranks second in yards per carry.
James Cook is a major part of this, though Josh Allen plays a big role, too. The two create arguably the best rushing tandem in the NFL this year, even better than Hurts and Barkley. While Allen will steal some carries, especially around the endzone, Cook is the primary option on offense.
Unlike the Eagles, the Bills don’t have All-Pro wide receivers. Buffalo is lacking in that department, which makes it more likely to lean on Cook. He’s rushed 287 times for 12 touchdowns and an NFL-leading 1,532 yards this season.
It helps that Philadelphia’s run defense is much worse than its pass defense. The Eagles rank 21st in rushing yards, rushing touchdowns and yards per carry. Cook should cook this weekend, as the Bills aim for their sixth consecutive AFC East title.
