The Bengals will host the Cardinals at Paycor Stadium on Sunday afternoon. On DraftKings Sportsbook, Cincinnati is a -410 home favorite on the Moneyline, with the game’s total set at O/U 53.5 points.
Below, I’ll go over my favorite player prop bets for Sunday’s NFL Week 17 matchup between the Bengals and Cardinals.
Bengals vs. Cardinals Best Prop Bets
Trey McBride Anytime TD Scorer (+105)
This will almost certainly be one of the chalkiest plays of the week. However, it is tough to fade one of the best tight ends in football against the worst team against opposing tight ends. McBride has caught at least one touchdown in seven of the past 10 games, including six straight road games. While the Bengals’ defense has looked slightly better against opposing tight ends the past two weeks, none of those tight ends are near McBride’s level, nor are they the top receiving options on their respective teams. Cincinnati has allowed the most targets, receptions, receiving yards, and receiving touchdowns to opposing tight ends, and McBride is nearing the single-season record for receptions by a tight end.
Chase Brown Over 81.5 Rushing + Receiving Yards (-110)
Brown may have had a rough start to the season, but he has been on a tear since Week 7, in which he posted 100 rushing + receiving yards against the Steelers. Since then, Brown has cleared 100+ rushing + receiving yards in all but one game, making his line set at O/U 81.5 just that much more enticing. When you realize that the Cardinals’ defense ranks 21st in rushing EPA and 24th in yards per attempt, things just become even more clear. The Bengals have nothing to play for at this point, but neither do the Cardinals, and I’d expect Brown to take advantage of a defense that has allowed 10 different running backs to eclipse this rushing + receiving yardage mark.
