Best NBA player prop bets for Saturday 12/27/25

The NBA has a second straight day of nine games on the scoreboard for the final Saturday of 2025. After the Kings host the Mavericks in an early game (with my top player props here), the other eight games tip off at either 7:00 p.m. ET or 8:00 p.m. ET, giving us a Saturday night blitz of basketball that should give everyone plenty to watch and cheer for all across the country.

Which players will exceed, or fall short, of their totals tonight? Here are my three favorite NBA player prop bets on DraftKings Sportsbook for Saturday’s contests.

Top NBA prop bet picks

Derik Queen over 7.5 rebounds (+103)

Queen had only seven rebounds for the second straight game on Friday, but he should have a good chance to get back to at least eight boards on Saturday, when the Pelicans face the Suns for the second straight night. Mark Williams had a big game for Phoenix in the first game of this mini series, but he has sat out the second half of most of the team’s back-to-backs this season. The Pelicans could also rest Zion Williamson or Yves Missi, and either move would open more work for Queen down low.

The first-round pick has been impressive and has hauled in 8.7 rebounds per game over his last nine contests, going over this prop line in six of those games and coming in just under it by one board in two of his three misses.

He only played 20 minutes on Friday, but with more minutes likely available and a much better matchup, he should be able to deliver at least eight rebounds Saturday.

Nickeil Alexander-Walker under 3.5 3PM (-141)

The Hawks have struggled coming into Saturday night’s matchup with New York, dropping five straight games. They lost on Friday to the Heat, with Alexander-Walker scoring 15 points (including two 3PM) in 32 minutes. While NAW has been a huge contributor to the Hawks this season, he’s taken on a smaller role since Trae Young has returned.

NAW has come in under this prop line in four straight games and in seven of his last 10 as he’s cooled off after his red-hot start. With Trae going head-to-head with Jalen Brunson, expect Young and Jalen Johnson to dominate the shots, and with Alexander-Walker in a little bit of slump, I don’t see him breaking out on Saturday in this matchup against the Knicks, who typically defend opposing wings well.

Svi Mykhailiuk over 13.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists (-118)

The Jazz knocked off the Pistons in Utah on Friday night and now they’ll head to San Antonio to finish their back-to-back set. While the injury report will be critical to watch here, the game has the highest over/under on the slate and should be a good spot to grab some overs from value players stepping into larger roles.

On Friday, the Jazz had most of their rotation with rookie Ace Bailey (hip) the only major absence. Lauri Markkanen and Jusuf Nurkic have rested on the second night of back-to-backs lately, so there could be much more usage that opens up as well once the injury report comes out.

Some of that uncertainty is baked into the odds here, but Mykhailiuk has been playing significant minutes lately and has shown he still brings good multi-category upside. Even with most of the team available on Friday, he had 15 PRA, and he has gone over this total in three of his last four games and in 13 of his 29 games this season. If he gets 20+ minutes, he should have no problem getting to 14 PRA in this up-tempo environment on Saturday night.
