The NBA unwraps an exciting five-game slate on Christmas Day, and to celebrate, I’m breaking down five of my top 3-point prop bets on DraftKings Sportsbook! Enough with the countdown to Christmas, let’s get to the props! I’ve picked one 3PM prop from each contest to keep the action popping all day long!
Regardless of the final results, cheering for specific players to hit three-pointers (or not hit three-pointers) is a fun way to enjoy the action, and DraftKings Sportsbook has plenty of player props on the board.

Karl-Anthony Towns Over 1.5 3PM (-124)
The Knicks take on the Cavs in the first game of the day, and I’m taking the over on KAT hitting multiple threes. He is averaging 1.8 3PM per game this season, and he’s fresh off shooting 3-for-6 from deep on Tuesday against the Timberwolves.
In his 16 home games, he’s averaging 2.1 3PM per game, and he should be fired up to face the Cavs on Christmas, even without Evan Mobley available for Cleveland.
Towns has gone over this prop in three of his last five games and six of his last nine overall.
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander Over 1.5 3PM (-176)
The Thunder and Spurs meet up at 2:30 p.m. ET, and I already highlighted SGA’s 3PM briefly in my top props for this game. Gilgeous-Alexander has hit multiple 3PM in six of his last eight games, despite going just 1-for-4 on Tuesday in a loss to the Spurs.
The reigning MVP has gone over this prop in 15 of his last 20 games (75%) and is averaging two 3PM per game at home this season. The Thunder have lost to the Spurs twice in the last couple of weeks, but they haven’t played them at the Paycom Center, where they remain undefeated (14-0)
I expect a strong showing from OKC, and SGA should be at the center of the offense as usual.
Brandin Podziemski Over 1.5 3PM (+109)
In the middle game of the five-game stack, the veteran Warriors host the young and upcoming Mavericks in a fascinating juxtaposition of matchups. While Stephen Curry and Cooper Flagg will be the headliners, I’m taking Brandin Podziemski to add some coal to the Christmas Day fire.
The 22-year-old guard has dropped multiple 3-pointers in four straight games and in six of his last seven.
Podziemski to hit multiple threes on Christmas comes at plus money, but he has hit in 15 of his last 19 (79%) contests. While that stretch included multiple notable absences for Golden State, he’s still getting enough minutes and opportunities to deliver on this prop line in each of his last four games at a 45% clip.
He’s averaging 1.9 3PM per game overall this season and two 3PM in his 13 home games.
LeBron James Over 1.5 3PM (-114)
Let’s continue the Christmas multi-3PM binge and include The King in the action during his 8 p.m. ET showdown with the Rockets in the first of two primetime tipoffs.
LeBron has played 11 games this season and is averaging 1.5 3PM per game. Hosting Kevin Durant and the Rockets in LA, you know he’ll be looking to make a splash and reach in his bag early and often.
He’s hit three triples in two straight games against the Clippers and the Suns.
Whether or not this is his last Christmas game, or if he has Luka Doncic in the lineup alongside him, count on LeBron to light it up from deep on Thursday night.
Jamal Murray Over 2.5 3PM (-169)
To put the bow on a great day of action, the Timberwolves visit the Nuggets in Denver. Jamal Murray has been heating up for the Nuggets lately and always seems to deliver in big games — like this one and head-to-head matchups with Anthony Edwards.
Murray has hit at least three 3-pointers in five straight games and seven of his last nine contests. He’s averaging a career-high 3.4 3PM on the season and 3.5 3PM in his 13 games at home.
He had five three-pointers in his first game against Minnesota this season, but only one in their first rematch of the year.
Since he’s been so hot lately, though, I’m willing to go up to at least three triples for the “Blue Arrow” in the nightcap.
