What happened to Lamar Jackson? Live injury updates for Patriots at Ravens on Sunday 12/21/25

UPDATE: Ravens QB Lamar Jackson will not return with a back injury.

Just before halftime of Sunday’s game vs. the Patriots, Lamar Jackson exited the game and was replaced by Tyler Huntley. It is unclear what exactly happened, but Jackson was seen wincing on the sideline and is now considered questionable to return with a back injury. He went to the locker room early and looked to be in pain.

Before exiting, he completed 7 of 11 passes for 101 yards. Jackson also rushed twice for seven yards. Tyler Huntley will go the rest of the way if Jackson does not return.
