Week 16 of the 2025 NFL season continues with a great Monday Night Football game between the San Francisco 49ers and the Indianapolis Colts. There are far more ways to get involved in the action than just via traditional betting. One of the more unique features on DraftKings this season is Pick6 Fantasy Football!
Here are my top Pick6 plays for Week 16 Monday Night Football.
Brock Purdy More Than 1.5 Passing Touchdowns
Brock Purdy could be in for a big game against the Colts. The Colts’ secondary is dealing with a lot of injuries. Sauce Gardner is set to miss another week, while Chris Lammons and Charvarius Ward remain on the IR. With this game being indoors, Purdy also won’t have to worry about any weather variables. The Colts rank 20th in the league in defensive dropback success rate, and those numbers include a time when their secondary was healthy. The Colts also struggle stop tight ends, giving up the fifth-most yards per game to opposing tight ends in the NFL. That means Purdy should be able to get the ball to his favorite red zone target, George Kittle. Purdy has thrown for multiple touchdowns in four of his six starts this season, and should keep that going against Indianapolis.

Eddy Pineiro More Than 1.5 Field Goals Made
Eddy Pineiro has been on fire for the 49ers. They used multiple kickers this season, trying to find someone who could bring some real consistency to the special teams group. Pineiro has played 11 games for the 49ers, and he has been on fire. He is a perfect 25/25 on field goals this season, including going 6/6 from 50+ yards. The 49ers have also had some red zone struggles this season and have needed Pineiro to be as solid as he’s been. He has made at least two field goals in nine of his 11 games with the 49ers this season. The Colts rank ninth in the NFL in red zone touchdown defense, only giving up touchdowns on 52% of opponents’ red zone trips. The 49ers will likely settle for a couple of field goals, and Pineiro has yet to miss one this season.

George Kittle More Than 66.5 Receiving Yards
George Kittle should be in for a huge game against the Colts. The Indianapolis defense is one of the worst in the league at covering tight ends. They are allowing 6.4 receptions and 66.3 yards per game to opposing tight ends this season. That is what the Colts are giving up on average, but Kittle is far from average. Kittle suffered a serious injury early in the season and took a while to get back to his normal self. However, in the past few weeks, he has looked unstoppable. Over the past five games, Kittle has averaged 76.8 receiving yards per game. He has gone over 66.5 receiving yards in all five of those games. Against a Colts secondary that is banged up and ranks 20th in the NFL in defensive dropback success rate, he should be able to pick up chunk plays consistently and get over this number.
