Week 16 QB Rankings: 2025 Fantasy Football Playoff Rankings

Updated:

By: Zach Thompson

With just a few weeks left in the regular season, Week 16 is another critical set of games as teams push to the postseason. In the last few weeks, the quarterback position has seen multiple significant injuries to key players, and as a result, my QB rankings continue to shake up each week. As you get ready for another week with all 32 teams in action, let’s start the week with a rundown of my top 15 fantasy football QB rankings for the week, looking ahead at what to expect in Week 16’s jam-packed slate.

Before we get to the rankings, let’s quickly review the biggest Week 15 performances at QB. Trevor Lawrence (47.3 FPTS) led the way with Bo Nix (32.1 FPTS), Kirk Cousins (29.9 FPTS), Jared Goff (28.5 FPTS) and Brock Purdy (27.2 FPTS), rounding out the top five. The new favorite for MVP, Matthew Stafford (24.9 FPTS) had a big day as well leading the Rams past his former team, the Lions.

Let’s run down the top 15 starting options for Week 16, as we have done each week this season . If you find these position rankings are helpful, be sure to check back each week on Monday here at DK Network.
