(stats taken from DraftKings Sportsbook’s Stats Hub)
De’Von Achane Anytime Touchdown Scorer (-120): This is the most heavily bet player prop for Monday Night Football, and it makes sense. Achane has found the end zone in nine games this season, racking up seven rushing TDs and four receiving TDs. He’s also cleared 92+ rushing yards in four straight games, scoring four times over that span. Pittsburgh isn’t exactly a revolving door on the ground (just 0.8 rushing TDs allowed per game, 9th-best), but Achane’s recent efficiency is undeniable: 520 yards on 72 carries (7.2 YPC) over his last five games. He’s the engine of this Miami offense, and his elite burst and change-of-direction skill make him a constant threat to score anytime he touches the ball. Given the matchup, usage, and explosiveness, it’s no surprise the public is backing him tonight.
DK Metcalf Anytime Touchdown Scorer (+145): Metcalf’s tenure in Pittsburgh has been streaky. All five of his receiving touchdowns came in the first half of the season, with none in his last seven games. He did find the end zone on the ground in Week 12, but the receiving production has cooled. Still, he gets a manageable matchup against a Miami defense allowing 1.5 passing TDs per game (14th) and 202.6 passing yards per game (13th), giving Aaron Rodgers room to work. Rodgers has been inconsistent, completing just 57.4% of his passes over his last five outings with 678 yards, 3 TD, and 2 INT on 101 attempts; however, he’s coming off a promising 103.1 passer rating against Baltimore. If the veteran QB can settle in, Metcalf has the skill set to capitalize: his physicality at the catch point and ability to win one-on-one matchups make him a go-to option in scoring territory. If Rodgers and Metcalf can finally sync up tonight, this +145 TD prop has real value and shouldn’t be a stressful sweat.
Jaylen Waddle Anytime Touchdown Scorer (+205): With Tyreek Hill sidelined, Waddle has stepped comfortably into the WR1 role, leading Miami in receiving yards (812), targets (86), and receiving TDs (6). He now draws a favorable matchup against a Steelers defense giving up 1.6 passing touchdowns per game (18th) and a generous 244 passing yards per game (27th) — prime conditions for Tua Tagovailoa to keep feeding his top option. Waddle has also been a dependable road scorer, finding the end zone in four of Miami’s last five road games. The Dolphins enter riding a four-game win streak, and the public clearly expects that momentum to translate under the bright lights. Waddle’s elite route-running and ability to separate at all levels of the field make him especially dangerous when he owns the target share, and at +205, the TD value is hard to ignore.
