Week 15 concludes in Pittsburgh on Monday as the Dolphins face the Steelers. Miami has won four straight games and is still mathematically alive in the playoff race, while the Steelers are neck and neck with the Ravens for the AFC North crown. Can Waddle and the Dolphins pull off a fifth consecutive win?
The Steelers are 3-point favorites for this game, with the Dolphins +145 underdogs on the moneyline. The points total is set at O/U 42.5 on DraftKings Sportsbook.
Below is my favorite Waddle prop bet on DraftKings Sportsbook for Monday’s game.
Best Jaylen Waddle Prop Bet on DraftKings Sportsbook
Jaylen Waddle has gone under this total in each of his last three games, and I think it will be four in a row after the conclusion of Monday Night Football. There likely won’t be too many complaints from Waddle, as the Dolphins have won all three of those contests. Miami may very well win again on Monday, but I expect Waddle to go under this total once again.
There is no secret regarding the struggles of Tua Tagovailoa in cold-weather games. According to palmbeachpost.com, Tua is 0-5 in starts where the temperature is 40 degrees or colder. In Pittsburgh on Monday night, it’s expected to be around 22 degrees at kickoff, so this will be another test in freezing temperatures for Tua and this Dolphins offense.
Miami has one of the best running backs in football, De’Von Achane, so I expect the rush attack to be how they attack this Steelers defense in this one. I don’t expect the Dolphins’ passing offense to be much of a factor in this one, and with that, Waddle will likely go under this total.
The former Alabama wideout has gone under this number in seven of 13 games so far this season, and I would expect him to make it eight out of 14 on Monday.
