What happened to Rudy Gobert? Live injury updates for Timberwolves vs. Kings on Sunday 12/14/25

With 7:48 left in the third quarter of Sunday’s game against the Sacramento Kings, Rudy Gobert was replaced by Naz Reid and has been ruled out for the remainder of the game. There was no injury. Instead, Gobert left the game due to a personal reason.

Prior to exiting, Gobert contributed seven points, 12 rebounds, three assists and one block in 20 minutes.

With Gobert off the court this season, Minnesota is worse on defense by 8.4 points per 100 possessions.
