UPDATE: Nacua has returned to the game.
In the fourth quarter of Sunday’s game vs. Detroit, WR Puka Nacua went to the locker room after being tackled by a Lions defender. Luckily for Rams fans, the team is calling it a cramps issue.
Nacua is listed as questionable to return.
Before exiting, Nacua was having an amazing performance. He caught nine of his 11 targets for 181 yards.
