Updated:

By: Blake Krass

There are so many different ways to make your picks for Week 15 of the NFL season on DraftKings and DraftKings Sportsbook. The DraftKings Pick ‘Em Pools are one of the best ways to get in on the action.

DraftKings has huge NFL Pick ‘Em Pools for Week 15. You can enter the $5 NFL Week 15 Spreads Pool with $5,000+ in prizes here. You can also enter the $100 NFL Week 15 Spreads Pool with $4,000+ in prizes here.

NFL Pick ‘Em Pools

These pools are effortless to use and allow you to have action for the entire NFL season with just one entry fee. For the season-long pools, each week you will go back to the pool and pick five games on the slate against the spread. Each correct selection is worth one point. You will also be given one “skip week” during the season, where you don’t need to make picks if you don’t have a good feel for that slate. That way, even if you have one bad week, you are still in contention in the contest. You can also play the weekly pools, in which you pick every featured game against the spread.

Every week of the regular season, I will be giving out my five favorite selections along with my leans for every other game on the slate.

Week 15 Picks

Bills -1.5 @ Patriots — The Bills and Patriots have a massive showdown on Sunday. The Bills are two games behind the Patriots in the AFC East, meaning New England would essentially clinch the division with a win. However, the Bills still have a real chance to win the division if they find a way to win this game. The first matchup in Buffalo was essentially a coinflip game, with both teams averaging 6.0 yards per play. The Bills lost the turnover battle 3-1 in that game, the main difference in that game. The Patriots have been fantastic this season, but they have not been tested since that first win over the Bills. New England’s toughest game since that was against Tampa Bay, who was without Mike Evans, Chris Godwin and Bucky Irving when the teams played.

At the moment, the Bills look like the best team in the AFC. They definitely have the best offense in the conference, ranking third in the NFL in offensive EPA/play behind just the Rams and Packers. Buffalo’s clear weak point is its run defense, which ranks second-worst in the league in defensive EPA/rush. However, the Patriots don’t run the ball particularly well, ranking third-worst in the NFL in offensive EPA/rush. The Patriots want to throw the football and the Bills’ defense ranks top-ten in the NFL in defensive EPA/dropback and defensive dropback success rate. The Bills should slow down Drake Maye’s passing attack and score enough themselves to win this game.

Seahawks -13.5 vs. Colts — The Seahawks have been steamrolling their competition in recent weeks. Seattle has outscored their past two opponents by a combined score of 63-9. Overall this season, six of the Seahawks’ ten wins have come by at least two touchdowns. Sam Darnold has struggled at times when trying to play from behind or when facing elite defenses. However, against lesser competition, Darnold has been able to run the score up and turn wins into blowouts. The Seattle defense is also one of the clear best in the league, ranking second in defensive EPA/play and fourth in defensive success rate.

This week’s game has serious blowout potential against the Colts. A team that typically plays indoor needs to travel out west to play in questioable weather conditions in Seattle in front of one of the NFL’s best crowds. The Colts will likely be playing without their top two cornerbacks, Sauce Gardner and Charvarius Ward, meaning Jaxon Smith-Njigba should be able to run wild. Meanwhile, this Seattle defense will either be facing rookie Riley Leonard or 44-year-old Philip Rivers. Either way, the Seattle defense should feast and create havoc like they did against Vikings rookie quarterback Max Brosmer a couple of weeks ago.

Packers -2.5 @ Broncos — The Packers are starting to fire on all cylinders. People were concerned about the Packers following two straight losses, but they have now won four straight, including against all three NFC North divisional opponents. The Packers now sit atop the NFC North and control their own destiny to win the division. This is unsurprsing for a Matt LaFleur-coached team, which always seem to improve as the season goes on. LaFleur’s Packers teams are 21-4 SU all-time in the month of December. Green Bay has the best offense in football, leading the NFL in offensive EPA/play. Christian Watson has become the WR1 that Jordan Love has been craving in recent years, and as a team, the Packers look unstoppable.

The Broncos’ defense last season was incredible, leading the NFL in defensive EPA/play basically wire-to-wire. While it is still a great unit, it is nowhere near the same level of dominance, ranking seventh in defensive EPA/play this season. They have also been trending the wrong way, ranking 12th in defensive EPA/play since Week 9. Jordan Love and the offense should move it against them and force Bo Nix to keep up. Micah Parsons and the Packers’ defense should get after Nix if there are obvious passing downs and force him to push it down the field, something he doesn’t want to do. Among qualified quarterbacks, Jordan Love ranks third in ADOT, while Bo Nix ranks 21st. Love should hit a couple of big plays and do enough to win and cover this short spread.

Ravens -2.5 @ Bengals — The Ravens are in desperation mode these final few weeks of the season. After going on an incredible winning streak to salvage the season, they have now lost two straight games to give a lot of that momentum back. The Ravens are now two games out of a Wild Card spot and likely need to win out to have a chance at the playoffs. The team next in their path is a Bengals team that just demolished them two weeks ago on their home field. The Bengals picked up a great win in that game, which was Joe Burrow’s return, then hung tough on the road against the Bills last week. However, Buffalo also exploited the glaring issues on the Bengals’ defense.

The Ravens should be able to score in this game. They incredibly lost four fumbles in this matchups two weeks ago, losing the turnover battle 5-1. That killed their offense, allowed short fields to the Bengals and forced Lamar Jackson into obvious passing situations to keep up. In this second matchup, the Ravens should feed Derrick Henry early and often. That will allow them to control the game and keep it away from Joe Burrow. This is Baltimore’s last stand, and I’ll back them to survive one more week with a road win in Cincinnati.

Chargers +4.5 @ Chiefs — The Chargers picked up a gutsy overtime win against the Eagles last week to stay in contention for the AFC West. They trail the Broncos by just two games and face Denver in the regular season finale, giving them a real chance to steal the division. The Chargers already beat the Chiefs once this season, and a second win would send a real message to the league that they are the real deal. Los Angeles beat Kansas City in Brazil to start this NFL season, on the back of a nearly flawless Justin Herbert game. The Chargers offense has struggled in recent weeks, but the return of Omarion Hampton, along with the emergence of Kimani Vidal, should provide better balance moving forward.

The Chargers’ defense is the real deal. That unit ranks second in the NFL in defensive EPA/play since Week 9. An already solid unit has improved significantly as the season has gone on. In three of their past four games, the Chiefs have faced a defense that ranks top-12 in EPA/play, the Texans, Colts and Broncos. All three of those teams held the Chiefs to 20 or fewer points in regulation. The Chargers should be able to do the same and make this a lower-scoring affair. Meanwhile, the Chiefs’ defense ranks 18th in defensive EPA/play. Justin Herbert should play well again and give his chance a real team to win, covering the 4.5-point spread.
