If it feels like you’ve been seeing the Eagles a lot lately — you have. Tonight marks Philadelphia’s second Monday Night Football appearance since Week 10, a span of time where the team has also been featured on Sunday Night Football and Black Friday. In a vacuum, it’s hard to be mad about the reigning Super Bowl champion getting primetime exposure, yet the Eagles haven’t exactly been a fun watch in 2025. Let’s hope that trend comes to an end this evening in Los Angeles.
But here’s the thing: You can stop watch this game as soon as the first touchdown is scored. Because that’s really all we care about, right? Right?!
Let’s break down the first touchdown scorer odds on the DraftKings Sportsbook and make a couple picks.
Eagles vs. Chargers First Touchdown Scorer Prop Bets

A.J. Brown First Touchdown Scorer (+1000)
The squeaky wheel gets the grease. It’s a mantra as old as time with wide receivers, and one that feels apt when talking about the Eagles, as it was a move perfected years ago by Terrell Owens. A few weeks back, A.J. Brown spoke out about his role in Philadelphia’s offense, even going so far as to suggest that fantasy owners could drop him. Well, Brown has now seen double-digit targets in three straight games, a span of time where he’s racked up 25 catches for 291 yards and three touchdowns. It’s also a stretch where Brown’s seen six red zone targets, which is two more than he’d garnered across his first eight games of the season. That’s the grease, baby! Brown now leads the Eagles in target share inside the opponent’s 20-yard line (32.3%) and he seems ready to find the end zone for the third consecutive week. With his recent increase in volume, it feels like his odds shouldn’t still be this long. Take advantage.
Kimani Vidal First Touchdown Scorer (+1300)
Though he’s still technically listed as questionable, it seems all signs are pointing towards Omarion Hampton (+850) returning on Monday Night Football, for what will be his first action since all the way back in Week 5. The rookie was the Chargers’ “bell cow” prior to being placed on the IR, yet I have my doubts that that will be the case this evening. Chalk it up to conditioning or the competition, but I truly believe Kimani Vidal has earned a role in Los Angeles’ rushing attack, even with Hampton back in the fold. Heck, we’re only slightly more than a week removed from Vidal racking up 126 yards on 25 carries against the Raiders. Vidal’s also seen a total of 22 red zone rushing attempts since taking over for an injured Hampton in Week 6 — and average of 3.1 high-leverage carries per game. I’m imagining a near 50/50 split in Week 14, and if that’s the case, Vidal should be just as likely to find the end zone as his teammate. Yes, Hampton should start, giving him the all-important first crack in this particular market; however, that fact isn’t worth the discrepancy in this RB duo’s odds.
