What happened to Geno Smith? Live injury updates for Broncos at Raiders on Sunday 12/7/25

UPDATE: Geno Smith will not return to today’s game.

In the third quarter of Sunday’s game vs. Denver, Geno Smith suffered a hand injury and was listed as questionable to return. He briefly came back to the game until the start of the fourth quarter, when he went to the locker room and was replaced by Kenny Pickett.

Before exiting, he completed 13 of 21 passes for 116 yards and a touchdown. Smith also rushed once for four yards. The Raiders are down big in the fourth quarter, which likely means that Smith is done for the day.
