Sunday brings us a battle for supremacy in the AFC North. Both the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Baltimore Ravens are sitting at 6-6 and looking to take control of the division. This juicy matchup brings an exciting player prop market to the table.
Baltimore is a six-point favorite and -298 on the moneyline, while Pittsburgh is +240 on DraftKings Sportsbook. The game total is set at 42.5 points. Here are my favorite player props for this Week 14 NFL game between the Steelers and Ravens.
Steelers vs. Ravens Best Prop Bets
SGP: Derrick Henry 80+ Rush Yards and Lamar Jackson 30+ Rush Yards
Injuries and ineffectiveness have limited Lamar Jackson all year long. That is especially evident in the run game, where Jackson is failing to make a consistent impact. But he and his star running back, Derrick Henry, have a great matchup on their hands.
Last week against the Bills, Pittsburgh got crushed by the Josh Allen-James Cook rushing duo. Run defense was supposed to be one of Pittsburgh’s strengths, but it has felt like a weakness as of late. In such an important game, the Ravens will lean on their stars. That means plenty of runs for these two studs.
Aaron Rodgers Under 0.5 Interceptions
This game has “Aaron Rodgers risk-averse special” written all over it. In seven out of 11 games this year, Rodgers has stayed interception-free. It’s nothing new from one of the best QBs in NFL history at avoiding turnovers. That will be the case again on Sunday against their division rivals.
Baltimore has only pulled in seven interceptions on the year, the 20th-best mark in the NFL. With few playmakers in the secondary, they’ve been hard-pressed to force any quarterback into a mistake. That only gets tougher with Rodgers, who refuses to put the ball in harm’s way. Expect another clean performance from the four-time MVP.
