That is still a solid unit, but not among the best in the nation like the rest of the team.
My favorite prop bet for this game is for Carnell Tate to score a touchdown. Jeremiah Smith deservedly gets the headlines and the awards, but Tate would be the best wide receiver on most teams in the country. Tate has nearly 800 yards and eight touchdowns on the season, despite only playing in nine games. That has Tate ranked ninth in the nation in receiving yards per game, ahead of his teammate Jeremiah Smith. Tate has scored at least one touchdown in seven of his nine games played this season, including four touchdowns in his final three games. Julian Sayin and Tate have been great at connecting on deep balls. Tate has a catch of 40 yards or more in six of nine games played this season. Ohio State should try to take the top off the Indiana defense, which should lead to Tate taking one into the end zone for the fourth straight game.
