Alperen Sengun Injury Update: Saturday 12/6/25 vs. Mavericks

Houston Rockets center Alperen Sengun is officially listed doubtful on the injury report for Saturday’s game vs. the Dallas Mavericks.

Sengun missed Friday’s win over the Phoenix Suns due to an illness and it appears he’s yet to get over the issue. Just like last night, he’s once again feeling under the weather per the injury report.

The 23-year-old big man is in the midst of the best season of his career thus far. He averages a career-best 23.1 points per game along with a team-high 9.1 rebounds and 7.1 assists, the latter of which is another career mark. Sengun is also shooting 38.5% from three-point range, showing an expansion of his offensive game that’s helped fuel a first quarter of the season worthy of All-NBA consideration.

The Rockets will be quite shorthanded in the frontcourt tonight though if Sengun doesn’t play. Steven Adams has already been ruled out on the second night of the back-to-back.

Houston holds a 15-5 record on the campaign and is a -7.5 favorite against the Mavericks tonight on DraftKings Sportsbook.
