What happened to Collin Sexton? Live injury updates for Hornets vs. Knicks on 12/3/25

With 5:46 left in the third quarter of Wednesday’s game against the New York Knicks, Charlotte Hornets guard Collin Sexton missed a layup and landed awkwardly. He was grabbing his left thigh on the bench and eventually made his way to the locker room. He has now been ruled out for the rest of the game.

Kon Knueppel was the substitute.

Prior to exiting, Sexton contributed four points, one rebound, two assists and a block in nine minutes of action.

Liam McNeeley and Antonio Reeves would likely see an increase in playing time if Sexton is out for an extended period of time.

Charlotte next plays on Friday in Toronto against the Raptors.
