The Rockets are 15.5-point home favorites, with the game total set at 229.5 points. The Rockets have soared to a 13-5 start to the season, including a 5-2 record at home. The Kings are 5-16 and have dropped three straight and 11 of their last 13 coming into this matchup.

Kings at Rockets Best Prop Bets
Alperen Sengun 25+ Points (+110)
Sengun has gone over this prop line in each of his last two games, which were both against the Jazz.
On the season, he has averaged 22.8 points per game, and he should be able to exceed that average in this matchup against the Kings, who have allowed the most fantasy points to opposing centers this season. Sengun has scored at least 25 points in five of his last eight games, and getting this at plus-money in such a favorable matchup feels like a great value.
He hasn’t always been consistent this season, but he has regularly showed off his scoring ceiling, especially in smash spots like this one against Sacramento and his last two against Utah.
Precious Achiuwa 13+ Points + Rebounds + Assists
The Kings added Achiuwa as a free agent after the season started, and the veteran big man has helped them cover the minutes in the middle with Domantas Sabonis (knee) sidelined. Sabonis has missed the last seven games, and during that span, Achuiwa has averaged 8.7 points, 6.3 rebounds and 1.3 assists in 25.1 minutes per game, for an average of 16.3 PRA (points, rebounds, and assists).
He has gone over this prop line in three of his last four games, and had 11 points and seven boards in 24 minutes against the Grizzlies in his most recent game on Sunday. He’s been more productive than Drew Eubanks in the last few games, and could move back into the starting lineup as the Kings look to find a rhythm with Sabonis still out. He’s a good pick to get to at least 13 PRA in either role this Wednesday.
Reed Sheppard Under 14.5 Points (-123)
Sheppard’s emergence as a key part of the Rockets’ rotation has been a key to their success this season, but his role in the starting lineup right now isn’t primarily a scoring role. He has started each of the last four games for Houston, but has only finished over this prop line one time, scoring under 10 points in the other three of those contests. When he was in the second unit, he had much more of a scoring role, and he can rise to the occasion when called upon.
However, in what shapes up to be a potentially lopsided game, with the rest of the Rockets’ rotation fairly healthy, I don’t expect him to carry the scoring workload to go over this prop.
