Tonight’s slate features only six games, but there are some fun inter-conference battles taking place. The Wizards are visiting the 76ers at 7 PM EST to start us off; Joel Embiid has officially been ruled out for this contest as he continues to nurse his litany of injuries. The night will conclude with the Thunder visiting the Warriors who are missing Steph Curry.

This article will look at my top Pick6 plays for tonight’s slate. We simply choose whether a player will record more or less of the set statistic. Here are my six favorite plays for tonight’s action.
Jalen Brunson More than 24.5 Points
Brunson is having another strong year with averages of 28.5 PPG and 6.2 APG. His efficiency has carried over from his previous seasons with the Knicks, and he should once again finish the season as a fringe MVP contender depending on the Knicks’ record and his ability to play enough games.
Given his high volume scoring, I’m expecting him to get More than 24.5 points tonight as the Knicks visit the Celtics. Brunson has scored more than 24.5 points in four out of his last five games.
Karl-Anthony Towns More Than 33.5 Points + Rebounds
There should be tremendous value in this 33.5 PR mark tonight for Towns, who is averaging 21.7 PPG and 11.9 RPG this season. His three point shot has been off; he’s historically around a 40% shooter from beyond the arc but has started this season slowly with just 32.7% in his first 19 games. There will be some positive regression here, but even if it doesn’t happen tonight, Boston’s inability to keep their opponents off the glass will help Towns reach this PR mark.
The Celtics are conceding 55.9 rebounds per game to opponents, which ranks 25th in the NBA.
Julius Randle More Than 34.5 Points + Assists + Rebounds
Randle’s been a beast this season in his 20 games for the Timberwolves, putting up 23 PPG alongside 7.5 RPG and 6 APG. He’s shooting 50.2% from the field and an impressive 81.3% from the line, which is a career-high. Randle’s on All-Star trajectory at this rate. The Timberwolves have bounced back nicely after a sluggish start to the season, and it’s partly due to Randle’s production.
He’ll have a soft matchup tonight against the 3-18 Pelicans, who are conceding the second most points, the tenth most rebounds, and the sixth most assists to opposing teams.
