Eligible customers will have a portion of their 2025 Tier Credits rolled over to 2026, with the maximum rollover amount depending on their 2025 Tier Status:

PROMOTION ELIGIBILITY AND REQUIREMENTS
The promotional offer applies only to Tier Credits earned between 1/3/2025 12:00 AM and 1/2/2026 11:59 PM Pacific Time, ending when the customer receives a reward on 1/3/2026, if eligible. Customers must be physically located in an Eligible Jurisdiction and attained the appropriate age to participate in this Promotion.
Eligible Jurisdictions (each an “Eligible Jurisdiction” or, collectively, the “Eligible Jurisdictions”):

In addition to the eligibility requirements set forth above and in the DraftKings Terms of Use, to participate in the Promotion, customers must: (1) be physically located in an Eligible Jurisdiction and obtained the minimum age requirements; (2) have a valid DraftKings account; (3) hold a Dynasty Tier Status of Silver, Gold, Diamond, or Onyx; and (4) receive this promotional offer directly from DraftKings. BONUS REWARD REDEMPTION
Eligible customers will have a portion of their 2025 Tier Credits rolled over to 2026, with the maximum rollover amount depending on their 2025 Tier Status:

The rollover amount is calculated based on the Tier Credits earned above the threshold for the highest Dynasty Tier achieved in 2025 (“Rollover Amount”). For instance, if a customer earned 28,000 Tier Credits, their highest Tier achieved would be Gold, meaning the rollover amount would be 3,000 Tier Credits (28,000 Tier Credits earned – 25,000 Tier Credits threshold). If they earned 30,000 Tier Credits, the rollover would be capped at 4,000 Tier Credits, the Gold Tier’s maximum rollover amount, even though they earned 5,000 Tier Credits above the threshold.
The 2025 Tier Credits include those earned between 1/3/2025 12:00 AM Pacific Time and 1/2/2026 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time. Tier Credits earned outside this period will not count towards the Promotion. The Rollover Amount, up to the maximum outlined above, will be deposited into the customer’s account on 1/3/2026 by 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, or in the event of technical difficulties, within 72 business hours.
BONUS REWARD LIMITATIONS
Tier Credits are a form of player loyalty points (“Tier Credits”) offered by the DraftKings Rewards Program. Players with an active and valid account created and maintained pursuant to the applicable Terms of Use will be automatically enrolled in the Program and eligible to earn Tier Credits, subject to any requirement for eligibility set forth herein. A player’s eligibility for the Program and their Tier Credits balance may be revoked or modified by DraftKings at any time, for any reason or no reason. The provision, duration, value, and/or revocation of Tier Credits may be modified at any time in DraftKings’ sole discretion. Tier Credits will be automatically credited to the player’s Tier Credit balance. Tier Credits will accrue on a fractional basis; however, a player’s Tier Credit balance will only display the total Tier Credit amount as a whole number (rounded down). Tier Credits balances expire and reset to zero (0) annually on January 3. Players may view their Tier Credit balance at any time on any DraftKings site. The rate at which Tier Credits are accrued varies based on contest, wager, bet type, entry fee, or purchase price. The accumulation of Tier Credits does not entitle players to any vested rights with respect to any rewards.
