UPDATE: Kyren Williams has returned to today’s Rams vs. Panthers matchup and is back on the field for the second half.

UPDATE: At halftime in Carolina, the Rams announced that Kyren Williams is officially questionable to return with an ankle injury.

It’ll be Blake Corum leading the backfield for now until we hear more. The third quarter has begun in Charlotte to the tune of some East Coast rain.

Rams’ running back Kyren Williams has left the matchup with the Panthers due to a leg injury. He was tackled awkwardly around the goal line on a rushing attempt and taken out of the game immediately after. Just a few minutes before half-time, Williams went to the lockerroom early.

Prior to the injury, Williams had rushed the ball seven times for 37 yards. Blake Corum finished off the drive with a rushing touchdown of his own following the injury to Williams.
