Week 13 of the 2025-26 NFL season continues with a great Sunday Night Football matchup between the Denver Broncos and the Washington Commanders. Bo Nix More Than 1.5 Passing Touchdowns
Bo Nix could be in for a big game against the Commanders. After a fantastic 2024-25 campaign, Dan Quinn’s defense has been poor this season. They rank 32nd in defensive EPA/dropback and 29th in defensive dropback success rate this season. The secondary has major holes, so Nix should be able to find his receivers downfield for explosive plays and consistently sustain drives. The young quarterback has a great chance to create an explosive passing touchdown in this game, but he should also be called upon when the Broncos get into scoring range. Washington ranks 25th in opponent passing touchdown percentage, allowing over two-thirds of its opponents’ touchdowns to come through the air. Nix has thrown for at least two touchdowns in three straight games when facing a non-divisional opponent. He should throw for two against the Commanders as well.
Marcus Mariota More Than 27.5 Rushing Yards
Jayden Daniels is set to miss yet another game. This will be Mariota’s fifth start of the season while Daniels continues to struggle with injury issues. Mariota has done a decent job for Washington and has shown that he still has good athleticism for his age. The veteran has rushed for at least 28 yards in three of his five starts this season, as well as in the one game that he featured in relief for Daniels. In the six total games that he has played a role in this season, he is averaging over 32 rushing yards per game. This will be a tough battle for Mariota against the great Denver defense since the Broncos lead the NFL in defensive dropback success rate. There could be a lot of snaps where Mariota decides to tuck it and run with nobody open. He should get over this rushing yards total with a tough pass defense across the line of scrimmage from him.
Pat Bryant More Than 23.5 Receiving Yards
Broncos 2025 third-round pick Pat Bryant has emerged as a solid weapon over the past few weeks. Over the first seven games of his career, Bryant totaled just 46 receiving yards, an average of just 6.6 yards per game. However, over his past four games, he is averaging 41.3 receiving yards per game. He is finally starting to connect with Bo Nix, and he should have a big game against Washington. The Commanders rank 32nd in defensive EPA/dropback and 29th in defensive dropback success rate this season. Bryant has a catch of at least 40 yards in each of his past two games and could easily clear this number on one play, making this a great pick for Sunday night.
