The 2025-26 college football season is winding down with the stage set for the Big Ten Championship Game. Top-seeded Ohio State will face No. 2-ranked Indiana, confirming what has been expected for weeks, with odds now up at DraftKings Sportsbook.

Big Ten Championship Odds

This matchup will take place at 8 p.m. ET on Saturday, December 6th.

Ohio State (12-0) enters as 5.5-point favorites and holds -218 odds on the moneyline on DraftKings Sportsbook. Indiana (12-0) holds +180 odds of pulling off the upset, with the game total set at 49.5.

This is a historic matchup as it is the first time in Big Ten history that both teams will enter with an undefeated record. The winner will not only be crowned the Big Ten champion, but will also be sure to secure the top seed in the College Football Playoff. Both sides have established themselves as top teams in college football and could meet for a second time in the playoffs as well.

These two programs have faced off 98 times in program history. Ohio State has been historically dominant, winning 81 of these matchups and entering on a 30-game winning streak. Five ties have also occurred, with Indiana’s most recent win taking place in 1988. But this is a far different Indiana program under Curt Cignetti’s reign.

Expect both him and Ryan Day to have their squads ready to play on Dec. 6.
