We’ve got a long, glorious day of football lined up on Thanksgiving, and it all ends with the night cap in Baltimore. The Ravens have won five straight games after a disappointing 1-5 start, vaulting themselves into a tie for first place in the AFC North. On the other side of this matchup, the Bengals won’t be making the playoffs this season, but they will welcome back Joe Burrow, who hasn’t been on the field since Week 2 due to a toe injury.
They’re headed in opposite directions, yet this is still a clash of rivals on Thursday Night Football. Let’s break down the first touchdown scorer odds on the DraftKings Sportsbook and make a couple picks.
Bengals vs. Ravens First Touchdown Scorer Prop Bets
Derrick Henry First Touchdown Scorer (+425)
Obviously, Derrick Henry’s odds are the shortest on the board, yet given the current circumstances of his team, I’m fine with eating some chalk here. Henry has been a workhorse in high leverage situations this season, with his 40 rushing attempts inside the red zone ranking as the third-most in the NFL, trailing only Jonathan Taylor and Christian McCaffrey. He’s also rarely been vultured for a carry near the goal line, as he’s handled a whopping 82.6% of the Ravens’ rushing attempts inside the opponent’s five — the third-highest rate in the league. That last point is key. In years past, Henry would be battling with Lamar Jackson (+1300) for these opportunities to get into the end zone, but Jackson doesn’t look 100% healthy at the moment, and that’s impacted his ability and willingness to scramble. Jackson’s only thrown one touchdown in the month of November, too. It hasn’t been very encouraging, so we’ll lean with Baltimore’s “bell cow” back.
Andrei Iosivas First Touchdown Scorer (+2200)
The 6’3 Andrei Iosivas has always been a factor in the red zone. Coming into 2025, an absolutely wild 19.6% of Iosivas’ career receptions went for touchdowns, as the former sixth-round pick had found the end zone 10 times across his first two seasons in Cincinnati. That ratio was bound to regress this year — and it has — but Iosivas should see some high leverage targets this evening in Baltimore. First and foremost, Tee Higgins has already been ruled out with a concussion, so Iosivas’ snap share is about to skyrocket. Secondly, with the aforementioned Joe Burrow (+4000) back in action, I think we can expect a little more explosiveness out of the Bengals’ offense. Entering Week 13, Cincinnati ranked 26th in the league in red zone drives per game (2.6). It’s hard to score a touchdown when you’re rarely near the end zone. Hopefully for his wideouts, Burrow fixes that issue.
