The Cowboys are hosting the Chiefs on Thanksgiving Day. On DraftKings Sportsbook, Kansas City is favored by 3.5 points and this game carries a total of 52.5 points.

Below, I have featured my favorite Dak Prescott prop to consider from this contest.

Best Dak Prescott Prop Bets on DraftKings Sportsbook

Dak Prescott O 249.5 Passing Yards (-112)

While the Cowboys are just 5-5-1, Prescott has been awesome this season. The quarterback ranks second in passing yards per game (267.4), second in passing touchdowns (23), third in quarterback rating (74.0), fifth in completion percentage (69.3%) and 11th in yards per pass (7.4).

The 32-year-old gets the luxury of competing on his home turf Thursday and this Chiefs defense Prescott is facing has been vulnerable recently, giving up the sixth-most yards per pass over the last three weeks (7.7). Prescott has notoriously been more productive at home throughout his career and this season has been no exception, with him averaging 309.6 passing yards per game at home. Prescott has thrown for at least 250 passing yards in all five of his home starts and this game has the potential to be a shootout, with it presenting a 52.5-point total on DraftKings Sportsbook, which is the highest total for Week 13.

The Cowboys can’t afford to lose this game if they want to keep their playoff hopes alive and 249.5 passing yards is far too low of a line for Prescott in this setting. The quarterback is a must-bet for this over and betting up the ladder is a sharp move with Prescott on Thursday. The quarterback has thrown for 300+ yards in three of his five home starts this season and he carries very appealing +263 odds to throw for 300+ yards on DraftKings Sportsbook.
