Given the production that Chase Brown has had in recent weeks, I am not too sure why his rushing total isn’t higher than this. Neither of these two defenses are great, and it should be a productive night for skill position players on both teams.
One of those players who should have a good night is Brown, as he has been in great form in recent weeks after a slow start to the season. In his first six games of the season, Brown did not go over this total even once. In the last five games, he’s gone over this number four times.
It’s truly been a season of two halves for Brown, and now he will face a below-average Ravens rush defense on Thanksgiving. Baltimore rank 20th in the NFL in terms of yards per game allowed on the ground with 117.5. The return of Joe Burrow should open things up even more for Brown, as you would expect the likes of Burrow and Ja’Marr Chase to demand a lot of attention in the passing game.
Brown is coming off his second 100+ yard rushing game of the season last Sunday, and that was against a Patriots defense that ranks second in the league in rush defense.
Brown has all the ingredients to not only get over this total but to have one of his best performances of the season.
