Luka Doncic, Los Angeles Lakers vs. Los Angeles Clippers ($12,000)
Doncic started the season with at least 70 FPTS in four of five games with a high of 81.2 FPTS. HalleLuka! Then he took a break and settled in the 40 to 50 FPTS range for four games. Over the last three games, Doncic has picked things up again, finishing with over 60 FPTS in all. The most important things are that LeBron James was playing in two of those games and the usage rate has been 37.5 and 44.5 percent. This is Luka’s team. The Clippers always play slow, and they are 29th in pace, but a once defensive-stout team is now 25th in defensive rating.

Corey Kispert, Washington Wizards vs. Atlanta Hawks ($4,000)
Kispert played 37 minutes on Saturday, as both Khris Middleton and Tre Johnson were out. Middleton is back but Johnson is out with a hip injury, so Kispert should still play plenty of minutes, probably not 37 though. That said, Kispert put up 20 points, five rebounds, five assists and a steal on Saturday.

Jalen Johnson, Atlanta Hawks at Washington Wizards ($9,900)
Johnson has been so, so good since November 10th, a span of eight games. He’s put up at least 50 FPTS in six of those contests with a high of 92 FPTS! In the two games he “missed,” Johnson finished with 45.5 and 49.8 FPTS, so the floor/ceiling combo is excellent. We knew he could score, be a beast in transition and do work on the glass, but it’s been the playmaking that has been most pleasant, especially with Trae Young out. Johnson has dished out at least seven dimes in each of the last eight games with two above 10. He has one triple-double and racked up seven steals in that one. Washington is fourth in pace and dead-last in defensive rating, so the environment is extremely fantasy-friendly, although there is a risk of decreased playing time due to a possible blowout.

Trendon Watford, Philadelphia 76ers vs. Orlando Magic ($4,500)
Watford is like a box of chocolates – you never know what you’re gonna get. Watford can get buckets, do work on the boards and is an excellent playmaker for a man his size. He has one triple-double on the season, which translated to 62.8 FPTS. He has three other games with over 30 FPTS and put up 44.8 FPTS on Sunday. That said, the playing time and production are inconsistent, as he’s finished with sub-20 FPTS eight times. The risk/reward is nice, though, at this price.

Ivica Zubac, Los Angeles Clippers at Los Angeles Lakers ($7,900)
Zubac has been middling for much of the season, finishing in the 30 FPTS range. He has two games below 30 and three games over 40 FPTS. On Sunday, he put up a season-high 62 FPTS against Cleveland, as he contributed 33 points, 18 rebounds and four assists. I’m not expecting another ceiling game but, Deandre Ayton may not play, so Zubac could feast once again against a depleted Lakers front court.

Tristan Vukcevic, Washington Wizards vs. Atlanta Hawks ($3,400)
Vukcevic has played 20, 17 and 20 minutes over the last three games backing up Alex Sarr because Marvin Bagley III has been out due to injury. Bagley is questionable once again, so Vukcevic could see another 20 minutes. On Saturday, he put up 12 points, eight rebounds, two assists, two steals and two blocks in 20 minutes. His bugaboo is defense but he can score and stuff the stat sheet.
