What happened to Alvin Kamara? Live injury updates for Saints vs. Falcons on Sunday 11/23/25

UPDATE: Kamara is believed to have suffered a knee sprain per Ian Rapoport and Mike Garafolo.

UPDATE: Kamara (knee) will not return.

Saints running back Alvin Kamara left the matchup with the Falcons with a knee injury. Kamara was tackled awkwardly on the sideline in which his knee bent backwards and caused him to take a trip to the medical tent.

The Saints’ star left the tent and looked ready to return to the game, but after testing things out on the sideline he went to the Saints locker room for further tests.

Kamara is officially labeled as questionable to return with a knee injury.
