CeeDee Lamb best prop bets for Cowboys at Raiders on Monday Night Football Week 11

Week 11 of the NFL slate will conclude with a Monday Night Football matchup between the Dallas Cowboys and Las Vegas Raiders. Neither of these teams have gotten off to the start they desire, entering with a combined 5-12-1 record on the year. But CeeDee Lamb and company are still looking to carve a path to the postseason and must capitalize on matchups like tonight for this to be possible.

The Cowboys enter as 3.5-point favorites and hold -192 odds on the moneyline on DraftKings Sportsbook. The Raiders are +160 odds of winning outright, with the game total set at 50.5 points.

There are plenty of ways to get involved in the action outside of backing a side or total. This article will look at my top CeeDee Lamb prop bets on DraftKings Sportsbook ahead of tonight’s Week 11 Monday Night Football matchup.

Best CeeDee Lamb Prop Bets on DraftKings Sportsbook

CeeDee Lamb Over 6.5 Receptions (-126)

The Dallas Cowboys enter this matchup with one of the most dynamic passing attacks in football. Given their defensive shortcomings, they need this to continue if they are to have a shot at producing wins. The Cowboys rank third in points scored and yards tallied, as well as first in passing attempts and passing yards on the season.

CeeDee Lamb is an essential part of this effort and still headlines the attack for Dallas. While he missed three games due to a high-ankle sprain, Lamb has tallied 35 receptions on 51 targets for 491 yards and a touchdown this season. If you exclude the Week 3 matchup in which he suffered the high-ankle sprain without recording a target, the four-time Pro Bowler is averaging 7.0 receptions per game. He has been targeted 10+ times in four of the five games he has started and finished while pulling in seven, nine, five, seven and seven receptions in these matchups.

Dallas will face a Raiders team today that has been mediocre against the pass this year. They rank 20th in points allowed and 17th in passing yards conceded on the season, allowing 217 passing yards per game. The 50.5-point game total indicates points are expected to be coming at a high rate, as has become commonplace in Cowboys’ matchups. There are plenty of mouths to feed, but Lamb continues to be the top target in the passing game and has the volume of targets to prove this. Expect Dallas to keep their foot on the gas from start to finish and for Lamb to pull in over 6.5 receptions for the fifth time already this season.

CeeDee Lamb Anytime Touchdown (+115)

One area where the star pass catcher has not quite lived up to expectations yet this year is the rate at which he has found the end zone. Lamb has just one touchdown to his name so far this season. This is a bit uncharacteristic for a star wide receiver with 42 total touchdowns to his name in his career, 39 of which are through the air, and has tallied as many as 12 in a season.

But Lamb still leads the Cowboys with a 29.0% target share, although this drops to 10.0% in the red zone. Lamb has yet to record a touchdown from inside the red zone this year, pulling in just three catches in these opportunities. His lone touchdown came on a 74-yard deep shot. These big plays should not be entirely dismissed, as Lamb is a threat to score from any area on the field. But for what it is worth, four of the five red-zone targets that Lamb has seen this year came over the past two weeks.

He is still the Cowboys’ most dynamic weapon on the offense who has proven his red-zone ability in past years. Dallas will be looking to pour on points as frequently as possible with its defensive shortcomings in mind. Expect Lamb to be a significant part of this attack and see some chances in the end zone. The Cowboys have not done a good enough job getting him the football in this dangerous area of the field yet this year, but this is not a problem that should be expected to last the season. The Raiders have conceded 12 passing touchdowns already this season, and the Cowboys will be the most dynamic offense they have faced. The lack of touchdown volume to this point has shifted the odds favorably, and I am backing the +115 odds of Lamb reaching the end zone for the second time this season.
