UPDATE: Risacher will not return to the game.

With a little under seven minutes left in the fourth quarter of Sunday’s game against the Phoenix Suns, Zaccharie Risacher stole a ball near half court, took one dribble and floated through the air for a two-handed dunk. His momentum was so fast that his hand was unable to maintain contact with the rim resulting in him flipping over and landing hard on his back.

Risacher was able to walk off the court on his own power and is now in the locker room.

Prior to exiting, Risacher contributed 15 points, three rebounds, four assists and two steals in 26 minutes.

Vit Krejci was the substitute.

Stan joined DraftKings in December of 2020. It was a glorious time, except for that whole COVID thing, when we got Madden streams and boisterous bat flips from the KBO. I was brought on board to bring some West Coast flavor. I especially love hoops, and most of my content is in that arena. When I walk along the beach, strumming my guitar, the beat that I hear is not one of crashing waves. No, it is the beat of the ball bouncing off the hardwood with highs provided by the squeaks of the sneakers. Ball is life.
