What happened to Dillon Gabriel? Live injury updates for Ravens at Browns on Sunday 11/16/25

UPDATE: Gabriel has been ruled out.

After playing in the first half of Sunday’s game vs. the Ravens, quarterback Dillon Gabriel did not return to the field for the start of the second half. Instead, it was Shedeur Sanders, as it was reported that Gabriel is being evaluated for a concussion.

Before exiting, Gabriel went 7-of-10 for 68 yards. Before today’s game, Gabriel has thrown for 869 yards this season while completing 58.6% of his passes.
