Week 11 of the 2025-26 NFL season continues with a great Sunday Night Football matchup between the Detroit Lions and the Philadelphia Eagles. Jalen Hurts More Than 0.5 Rushing + Receiving TDs
Jalen Hurts is a touchdown machine. Including the postseason, Hurts has 57 rushing touchdowns in 64 games since the start of the 2023 season, the most in the NFL during that stretch. The Eagles’ offense has been struggling in recent weeks, but they should try to get back to what they do best against the Lions. The Eagles need to get the run game going with Hurts and Saquon Barkley. That duo is nearly impossible to stop when they are clicking. Hurts is more than capable of scoring on a designed run in the read option game, on a scramble or, of course, on a tush push. The Lions rank fourth in defensive dropback success rate but 15th in defensive rushing success rate. Therefore, the Eagles should rely on the run game when in scoring position.
Amon-Ra St. Brown More Than 0.5 Rushing + Receiving TDs
Just like Jalen Hurts, Amon-Ra St. Brown has been a touchdown machine in recent seasons. Since the start of the 2023 season, St. Brown has the most receiving touchdowns in the NFL. Over that span, the Lions receiver has 31 touchdowns in 46 games. This season, St. Brown has eight receiving touchdowns in nine games, the second-most in the league. The Eagles’ defense has struggled against the pass this season, ranking 15th in defensive EPA/dropback. St. Brown has consistently been Jared Goff’s best weapon all season, and in a hostile road environment, he should look to his guy early and often.
David Montgomery More Than 38.5 Rushing Yards
David Montgomery is the second option in the Lions’ incredible running back duo, behind Jahmyr Gibbs. However, Montgomery has continued to be productive on the ground. He is coming off a big performance against the Commanders, where he took 15 carries for 71 yards. Gibbs is so heavily utilized in the pass game that Montgomery often takes the tough carries between the tackles. He is capable of grinding out the tough yards, but he can also break a long run. The Eagles’ defense ranks 25th in the nation in defensive rushing success rate. The Lions will want to use the ground game to keep Jalen Hurts on the sideline. In a tough road environment, it should be a run-heavy game, meaning a big workload for Montgomery.
