There’s plenty to get excited about tonight on this nine game NBA slate. There are some Eastern Conference battles between the Nets and Magic, the Heat and Knicks, the 76ers and Pistons, and the Hornets and Bucks. In the West, the Spurs will rematch the Warriors to close the night, but not before the Clippers and Mavs duke it out. Don’t miss tonight’s action, covered extensively here at DraftKings Network.
There are plenty of opportunities to get involved in the action this evening. One of the more unique features on DraftKings this year is Pick6 Fantasy Basketball!
This article will look at my top Pick6 plays for tonight’s slate. We simply choose whether a player will record more or less of the set statistic. Here are my six favorite plays for tonight’s action.
Tyrese Maxey More than 27.5 Points
Maxey is cooking this season with a career-high 32.1 PPG. He’ll be dealing with a tough Detroit Pistons squad tonight and should be putting up tons of shots; he’s still leading the league with 22.6 FGA per game and this won’t stop anytime soon with Paul George and Joel Embiid on the sidelines. VJ Edgecombe is also questionable, which means that Maxey is once again in charge of this 76ers offense.
It won’t be easy to solve this Detroit puzzle; the Pistons are currently ranked third in defensive rating, but the season is still young, and Maxey is borderline matchup-proof.

Alperen Sengun More Than 35.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists
Sengun’s Rockets will be hosting the Trail Blazers tonight. Sengun has cracked this 35.5 PRA in each of his last five games and should look to do so again. He’s having another excellent season under Ime Udoka, and has adjusted admirably next to Kevin Durant. They’re a duo to be reckoned with in the West and we should see them shine once again as they continue battling for a top spot in the West. Sengun’s currently averaging career-highs in 22.1 PPG, 41.9 3P%, 15.8 FGA, and 1.2 steals.

Luka Doncic More Than 52.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists
This is a high PRA to hit, but if anybody in the league is capable of doing it, it’s Doncic. He’ll be facing a weak Pelicans team that is currently ranked 27th in points conceded. The Pelicans are also rank 25th in rebounds conceded, and 17th in assists conceded. Things are lining up for a monster game for Doncic tonight as he continues his MVP-campaign, averaging 34.9 PPG, 9.1 RPG, and 8.9 APG on 47.6% shooting.
