AEW Full Gear Pool Question: Which move will successfully be performed more?

For this question, I’m going with the Backstabber by Mercedes Moné. We’ve seen in the past that she will use this move often if necessary. Look no further than Full Gear 2024, when these two clashed for Moné’s TBS Championship. In that match, Moné performed three backstabbers to Statlander, including two consecutive near the end of the match. Despite Moné earning two victories over Statlander, it has taken a lot for Moné to earn them. With that in mind, she’s going to need to throw the kitchen sink at the AEW Women’s World Champion, which likely includes multiple backstabbers.

“Hangman” Adam Page (c) vs. Samoa Joe – AEW Men’s World Championship Steel Cage Match
After a post-match attack by The Opps at the Blood & Guts Dynamite, Page declared that this AEW Men’s World Championship match would take place in a Steel Cage!
AEW Full Gear Pool Question: What will be the TOTAL combined “Muscle Busters” and “Buckshot Lariats” performed in the “Hangman” Adam Page vs. Samoa Joe match?

When this match was first announced, I was sure that the over would hit in this match. As we saw at AEW WrestleDream, it took three consecutive Buckshot Lariats by Page to defeat Joe. With a second chance at the AEW Men’s World Title, I can’t imagine it would take anything less than that to defeat Joe. However, the Blood & Guts show dramatically changed the dynamic of this match, which has me taking the under 3.5.
With the Steel Cage match stipulation added, it’s nearly impossible for Page to perform the Buckshot Lariat. The cage rests on the ring apron, making it extremely difficult for Page to perform his trademark move. That said, it’s not IMPOSSIBLE. At All Out 2024, we saw Swerve Strickland perform a Buckshot Lariat, utilizing the ref’s back to flip over. Nonetheless, it feels highly unlikely with the new stipulation that we see at least four combined Muscle Busters and Buckshot Lariats.

FTR looks to become AEW Tag Team Champions for the third time against Brodido at Full Gear!

One of the reasons Brodido has worked so well is because of their mixed styles. Bandido brings the speed while Brody King offers the power. Together, the create a powerful tag team that has been running through teams in AEW. That said, FTR is methodical and calculated. Eliminating one of these men at some point gives them a huge advantage in the match. Thus, a devastating move like the Spike Piledriver could do just the trick. I believe FTR will go for this move early and try to create a 2 on 1 advantage as they go for their third AEW Tag Team Championship.
