New England is in the driver’s seat to win the AFC East, and it largely comes down to the excellent play of its young quarterback. Instead of needing Maye to get more than 241.5 passing yards to cash this play, you only need him to throw for one yard with this Pick6 promo. This is a great way to boost your winnings by adding this pick to any Pick6 play you have on Thursday night.
TreVeyon Henderson More Than 0.5 Rushing + Receiving TDs
TreVeyon Henderson finally had his breakout game for the Patriots last week. The rookie had struggled to get playing time in the first half of the season, but after Rhamondre Stevenson missed last week with an injury, Henderson seized his chance. Henderson went for 147 yards and two touchdowns against the Buccaneers. He was a reliable down-to-down back, but also showed off his explosivity with a 69-yard touchdown scamper.
The Patriots have struggled to run the ball all season, so they should try to ride this momentum and get the ball to Henderson early and often in this game. The Jets rank 22nd in the NFL in defensive EPA/rush, and those numbers are bound to decline since trading Quinnen Williams at the heart of that defensive line. The loss of Sauce Gardner will also require them to drop an extra man back into coverage to deal with the Patriots’ passing attack. The rushing lanes should be open in this game, and Henderson should keep the momentum going from last week with another touchdown.
Breece Hall More Than 16.5 Receiving Yards
Breece Hall is the Jets’ best player at the moment. They traded their two defensive stars, Quinnen Williams and Sauce Gardner. Star receiver Garrett Wilson is expected to miss a few weeks as well. That makes Breece Hall the lone bright spot on this Jets team. Hall was rumored to be in trade talks before the deadline, and some worried he would be disappointed not to be traded to a contender. If he is upset to still be a Jet, he didn’t let it affect his play last week. Hall had 125 scrimmage yards and a touchdown in the Jets’ win over the Browns. Hall is now averaging over 98 scrimmage yards per game, consistently producing for the Jets.
Breece Hall is dangerous in both the running game and the passing game. Against New England, he should be used more as a receiver. New England is elite against the run, ranking fourth in the NFL in defensive EPA/rush. Especially with Garrett Wilson out, the Jets need help in the passing game. Hall took a screen pass for 42 yards for a touchdown last week, and the Jets should scheme some stuff up for him to try to make similar plays this week. Hall has gone over this prop number in five of nine games this season. Against an elite run defense and without Wilson, Hall should get over this receiving number for the second straight week.
