With only a few weeks left in the 2025 fantasy football regular season, it’s time to start stacking wins or you’ll be in serious danger of missing out on the playoffs. After ten weeks, workloads, target shares, and other trends have been established across the league. With all of that in mind, let’s break down my start/sit Week 11 fantasy football picks.
Quarterbacks
Start ‘Em: Joe Flacco (Cincinnati Bengals) at Pittsburgh Steelers
40-year-old Joe Flacco may be a top 10 quarterback in the National Football League.
Yes, it certainly helps that Flacco has one of the NFL’s most talented group of playmakers to work with, but the veteran is absolutely dealing. In his 18th season, the signal caller has racked up at least 24 fantasy points in three straight outings. Over said stretch, that production was good enough to earn him the QB3 ranking. The Bengals’ defense couldn’t stop a nosebleed, which has forced Flacco to average 43.25 passing attempts since joining the team. In that time, he’s accumulated 1,254 passing yards, 12 total touchdowns and just two interceptions.
This week, Flacco will draw a fantastic opportunity to keep that momentum rolling against a Steelers defense he just torched for 342 yards and three touchdowns back in Week 7.
Sit ‘Em: Sam Darnold (Seattle Seahawks) at Los Angeles Rams
The Seahawks are rolling, but their offense isn’t exactly ideal for elite fantasy production as a quarterback. Despite boasting a 7-2 record, Darnold is completing the third-fewest passes per game among qualifying players. The veteran has connected on 17 or fewer attempts in three of Seattle’s last four outings. That’s not enough to garner consistent fantasy production, drawing comparisons to the Niners’ offense under Jimmy Garoppolo a few years back.
This week, a tough matchup with Los Angeles should result in more passing attempts for Darnold, but I’m not sure many of them will be successful. The Rams allow the eighth-fewest fantasy points to quarterbacks, surrendering the second fewest actual points to teams per game. Darnold has found a path to matchup-dependent fantasy relevance, but that almost certainly won’t be the case in Week 11.
Running Backs
Start ‘Em: Woody Marks (Houston Texans) at Tennessee Titans
Marks’ workload has fluctuated throughout the season due to the resurgence of Nick Chubb and game script, but he’s finally starting to carve out a consistent role. The rookie has earned double-digit touches in four straight outings, racking up 12-plus fantasy points in three of those games.
In Houston’ Week 10 comeback against the Jaguars, Marks took his 16 touches for 81 total yards and a touchdown, averaging an impressive 4.5 yards per carry. The USC product has flashed elite potential while operating within one of the NFL’s worst offenses, making his recent fantasy floor all the more impressive.
This week, Marks should keep the momentum rolling against a Titans defense that allows the fifth-most fantasy points to running backs. Fire Woody up as a high-end RB2.
Sit ‘Em: Kenneth Walker III (Seattle Seahawks) at Los Angeles Rams
Notice a trend developing here? Spoiler: Jaxon Smith-Njigba is not my sit of the week at wide receiver. There are limits to my madness. That said, a lot of signs are pointing towards Seattle’s red-hot offense coming to a screeching halt against arguably the best team in football. Hence, the Walker III and Darnold “sit” selections. If you’re considering starting Zach Charbonnet, I would avoid him as well.
Walker III’s start percentage across most fantasy leagues was well over 50% last week, mostly due to his workload within one of the NFL’s best offenses. Unfortunately, the production doesn’t match the usage in this case. After a strong start to the season, Walker has failed to eclipse the double-digit point mark in five straight outings, despite receiving at least 11 touches in every contest.
That’s not a promising sign as Seattle gears up for a duel with the Rams. Sean McVay’s squad is allowing the fewest fantasy points to running backs, putting Walker III firmly in sit territory on Sunday.

Wide Receivers
Start ‘Em: Jameson Williams (Detroit Lions) at Philadelphia Eagles
Finally, the Lions seem to have remembered that a) Jameson Williams is on their roster and b) he is one of the best big-play threats in the NFL. After one of the most infuriating fantasy starts to a season in recent memory, Williams has now racked up at least 16 points in three of Detroit’s last four contests.
Unsurprisingly, the speedster scored in all three of those outings, but he has also emerged as a consistent target for Jared Goff. Last week, Williams recorded six catches for a season-high 119 yards, setting the stage for another big performance against Philly. The Eagles’ secondary is not nearly as intimidating as in years past, and Dan Campbell taking over play-calling duties for Williams’ best game of the year suggests he’ll continue to play a key role in Week 11.
Sit ‘Em: Xavier Worthy (Kansas City Chiefs) at Denver Broncos
It just hasn’t been the sophomore season fantasy managers (and Chiefs fans) were hoping for from Xavier Worthy. After playing a massive role in his rookie campaign, the speedy WR2 has become somewhat of an afterthought in Kansas City’s offense. Worthy has failed to record 12 fantasy points in five straight games, including a season-worst 6-point performance before the bye against Buffalo.
His target share hasn’t been horrendous, but the 22-year-old has caught more than three passes just once over the Chiefs’ last four contests. It won’t get any easier in their return to action this Sunday, as they take on Denver. The Broncos are allowing the fewest fantasy points to receivers, which will likely lead to another dud for Worthy.

Tight Ends
Start ‘Em: Cade Otton (Tampa Bay Buccaneers) at Buffalo Bills
Let’s start with the negatives. On paper, this matchup could not be tougher for Otton. Buffalo is allowing the fewest fantasy points to tight ends. However, unlike other positional metrics, tight end production can fluctuate much more significantly.
That’s what fantasy managers who start Otton this week will be relying on. On the bright side, every other sign is pointing up for the fourth-year tight end. The season began with an incredibly high snap share, yet virtually no targets, which is somewhat typical for Otton. Then, just like in 2024, injuries created an opportunity, and he has made the most of it.
Otton has amassed double-digit fantasy points in four of the Buccaneers’ last five matchups, including a season-best performance last week. The 26-year-old brought in nine of 12 targets for 82 yards against a tough Patriots defense. With Mike Evans and Chris Godwin sidelined, Otton has stepped into the role of Baker Mayfield’s No. 2 target, bolstering his fantasy floor. Start him with confidence this week regardless of the matchup.
Sit ‘Em: Hunter Henry (New England Patriots) vs. New York Jets
Henry opened the season with three touchdowns in four games, and has since become somewhat invisible. That’s not exactly surprising considering the emergence of multiple key offensive contributors in New England. Stefon Diggs has returned to WR1 form, Kayshon Boutte and Pop Douglas are now key contributors, and the team has multiple receiving threats out of the backfield.
As a result, Henry has become a touchdown-dependent fantasy options, and he’s not scoring. Six straight games under 10 points is enough to bench the veteran until further notice, even against a weak Jets defense.
