He’s gone over this total in four of six home games this season. Kawhi Leonard will miss his fourth straight game, opening the door for Harden to get more usage once again. He has put up at least 12 shots in every game this season, but has seen an uptick in recent games, shooting at least 15 times in each of his last five games. On the season, he’s shooting 44.4% from the field, his best mark since the 2020-21 season when he was in Brooklyn.
The Hawks are a solid defensive team, but they have some big injury concerns ahead of this one that would only open things up for Harden. Jalen Johnson is questionable with a quad injury, while Nickeil Alexander-Walker is also questionable with a back issue. If both players were to miss this game, Atlanta would be down three starters. Harden has been cooking at home all season, and I expect more of the same on Monday night.
