An AFC East rivalry is on tap in Week 10, but the matchup is far from competitive.
The Bills are Super Bowl contenders, while the Dolphins are fighting for the No. 1 overall pick.
Buffalo is a 9.5-point favorite and -550 on the moneyline, while Miami is +410 on DraftKings Sportsbook. The game total is set at 50.5 points.

Here are my favorite player props for this Week 10 NFL game between the Bills and Dolphins.
Bills vs. Dolphins Best Prop Bets
Josh Allen anytime touchdown (-145)
The Bills may have the best rushing duo in the NFL, and no, it’s not a tandem backfield. It’s Josh Allen and James Cook as a quarterback-running back duo.
The two combine for 14 touchdowns, with each scoring seven through the first half of the season. Buffalo has the most carries and rushing yards in the league while also scoring the second most rushing touchdowns. This, of course, helps lead an offense that racks up the most yards this year and third most points.
Either Allen or Cook has scored in six of eight games this season, and that trend should continue against Miami. The Dolphins have a porous run defense, making this an incredible game for Buffalo’s dynamic duo.
Allen’s prop is set at -145, which gives bettors decent value compared to Cook’s -195. There’s also the option to parlay both to score a touchdown, which they have done in three games this year.
De’Von Achane over 30.5 receiving yards (-113)
The Dolphins are a miserable 2-7, but one bright spot is with De’Von Achane. The star running back is up to 880 scrimmage yards and seven rushing + receiving touchdowns.
He’s a dual-threat out of the backfield, making him dangerous in just about every offensive play the Dolphins use. For this week’s game, he should see more chances in the pass attack, though.
The Dolphins are not a great team, and they’re facing one of the best in the AFC. The Bills should steamroll this matchup, meaning the Dolphins will be playing from behind.
Some easy dump-offs to Achane will be free yardage and can quickly add up to over 30.5 receiving yards.
