Every primetime game is an event in the NFL. However, some matchups are bigger than others. That’s the case on Monday, when the Eagles travel to Lambeau Field for a date with the Packers. In this potential playoff preview, it’ll likely come down to big names making big-time plays.
With that being said, games aren’t won by superstars alone; Philadelphia and Green Bay are loaded with depth. Which lesser-known names are poised for a big game? Here are two Monday night bargain plays worth consideration in all DFS contests.

TE Luke Musgrave, Green Bay Packers ($5,400)
Tucker Kraft’s season-ending torn ACL has cast a shadow over Green Bay’s offense. Fortunately, backup Luke Musgrave is more than equipped to take on a larger role. The former second-round pick hasn’t done much through eight games, snagging nine catches for 88 yards. Still, he’s poised for more work going forward given the lack of competition in this passing game. Wide receivers Matthew Golden ($6,400) and Christian Watson ($6,200) are both questionable to play. Other than Romeo Doubs ($8,000), there aren’t many can’t-miss weapons for the Packers.
Granted, this isn’t an ideal spot for fantasy production. The Eagles have allowed the fourth-fewest fantasy points to opposing tight ends. Still, names such as Travis Kelce and T.J. Hockenson have reached double-digit fantasy points against the Birds. A tight end-oriented offense such as Green Bay’s should make an effort to feature Musgrave. That’s especially true if the Packers find themselves trailing late in the second half. As the ninth-most expensive skill position player available, Musgrave is worth consideration in your Monday night fantasy football lineups.
RB Tank Bigsby, Philadelphia Eagles ($2,800)
Philadelphia made an early-season splash when they pulled off a trade with the Jaguars for Tank Bigsby. However, the former third-round pick had done next to nothing with his new squad for most of the season. That was the case until Week 8, when the bruising running back churned out 104 rushing yards on nine carries vs. the Giants. His workload was due in part to starter Saquon Barkley ($10,800), who exited late with a groin injury. Prior to the game vs. New York, Bigsby was given one total carry as a member of the Eagles.
On paper, there isn’t much to get excited over for the Auburn alum. After all, this is clearly Barkley’s backfield. Regardless, the superstar’s health is something Philadelphia will be taking very seriously. Coming off of an injury scare, it’s reasonable to expect a bit lighter workload. That could open the door for some additional Bigsby runs, especially if the Eagles hold a commanding lead. Last week, the Panthers gashed Green Bay for 163 total rushing yards. Philadelphia, on a bye, was likely paying close attention. At just $2,800, Bigsby won’t need to do much in order to return value.
