Week 10 of the 2025-26 NFL season continues with a great Sunday slate. There are far more ways to get involved in the action than just via traditional betting. One of the more unique features on DraftKings this season is Pick6 Fantasy Football!
Here are my top Pick6 plays for the Week 10 Sunday slate.
Nico Collins More Than 0.5 Rushing + Receiving Touchdowns
Nico Collins is going to need to be at the peak of his powers on Sunday for the Texans. C.J. Stroud is out for this game with a concussion, and the Texans’ season is virtually on the line. Houston is 3-5, and a sixth loss would basically require it to be perfect the rest of the season to get a Wild Card spot. However, a win over its divisional rivals could keep its season going. Davis Mills is an experienced backup quarterback who has been with Houston for a long time. He has a good connection with Nico Collins and will want to feed his top target. Collins tied his season high with 11 targets in last week’s game, where Mills came in to relieve Stroud. Collins finished with seven catches for 75 yards. The last time Mills threw a touchdown pass was Christmas Eve of 2023, a game in which one of his two touchdown passes went to Collins. The Jaguars rank 28th in the NFL in defensive dropback success rate, so Mills should be able to convert in a red-zone situation. He trusts Collins the most out of all of his targets, giving the veteran receiver a great chance to score in this game.
Emeka Egbuka More Than 71.5 Receiving Yards
Emeka Egbuka is forced to be the WR1 for the Buccaneers for another week. Egbuka seemed to be entering an ideal situation as a rookie for the Buccaneers. He had an experienced quarterback, but also two veteran receivers, Chris Godwin and Mike Evans, taking the defensive attention on the outside. That would leave Egbuka in single coverage in the slot, somewhere he could thrive. That is what happened early on in the season. Through the first five games of his career, Egbuka had five touchdowns and was putting up huge numbers. However, injuries to Godwin and Evans left Egbuka in a bigger role than anyone anticipated he would have. Egbuka’s numbers dropped off over the past three games, but last week’s bye week should have given Tampa Bay a great chance to gameplan how to get Egbuka clicking again. New England ranks 20th in defensive dropback success rate. Drake London proved what a high-level receiver can do against that defense last week, going for 119 yards and three scores. Egbuka will be Baker Mayfield’s go-to guy in this game and he should get over 71.5 receiving yards.
Bijan Robinson More Than 113.5 Rushing + Receiving Yards
Bijan Robinson has dropped off over the last several weeks after an incredible start to the season. Through the first few weeks of the season, Robinson led the NFL in scrimmage yards. In each of the first five weeks of the season, Robinson had at least 100 scrimmage yards. However, he has under 100 scrimmage yards in each of the past three weeks. This is an ideal spot for Robinson to get back on track against the Colts. The Colts have been having a great season, but the run defense is one area where they have been lacking. They rank 15th in defensive EPA/rush and 24th in defensive rushing success rate. The Colts made the big move to acquire Sauce Gardner at the deadline, and Gardner will be tasked with slowing down Drake London in this game. The amount of attention Indianapolis will have on London after his three-touchdown performance last week should open up the flats for Robinson in the passing game. The Colts will be missing three key figures on their defensive line, Samson Ebukam, Tyquan Lewis and most importantly, DeForest Buckner. Robinson should be able to run it against the Colts and pick up chunks in the passing game as well.

Once you finalize your Pick Set, choose your entry fee amount. Your entries will be automatically distributed into available contests, subject to your confirmation.

When the games go live, use the My Picks tab to follow your picks in real time to track how your players are performing against their projections and how they stack up against other users.
Compete for Prizes
