Detroit Pistons big man Isaiah Stewart suffered an ankle injury during the second quarter of Friday’s game vs. the Brooklyn Nets and will not return.
Stewart suffered a left ankle sprain and was originally deemed questionable to return. He recorded three points, four rebounds and one assist in nine minutes prior to the injury. However, the left ankle sprain will leave him sidelined for the remainder of the night.
Some DraftKings Sportsbook bettors may wonder whether the new Early Exit program is in effect. Since Stewart left during the first half due to injury and will not return, Early Exit does apply in this case. Single pre-game and live prop bets on Stewart’s lines will settle as a loss but be refunded via cash credits within 24 hours of the game’s conclusion. Parlays involving Stewart’s lines will remain open with recalculated odds after affected legs are voided.
