UPDATE: Kelce has returned to the game.
Right before the end of the first half vs. the Bills, Travis Kelce was hit hard after failing to haul in a touchdown pass. He went to the locker room with the medical staff a few seconds before the interval.
Before exiting, he caught one of two targets for 20 yards. If he does not return, expect Noah Gray to pick up the bulk of the work at the tight end position.
