NBA Best Bets: Mavericks vs. Pistons Prop Bets for Saturday 11/1/25

In the final game on the NBA scoreboard this Saturday night, the Pistons and Mavericks meet in Mexico City. The Mavericks are coming off a two-point win on Wednesday over the Pacers that helped them improve to 2-3, while the Pistons also won on Wednesday, improving to 3-2 by rolling past the Magic.

On the injury report, the Mavericks will not have Anthony Davis (calf) or Dereck Lively (knee), but they will have Daniel Gafford (ankle) who is ready to make his season debut. D’Angelo Russell (knee) is still questionable for Dallas, while Marcus Sasser (hip) is questionable for the Pistons.

On DraftKings Sportsbook, Detroit is favored by 7.5 points, with the game total set at 226.5 points. In addition to the main game line, DraftKings Sportsbook has numerous player prop best for Saturday’s Mexico City matchup. In this post, I’ll take a look at a few of my favorites. Let’s dive in.

Best Mavericks vs. Pistons Player Prop Bets on DraftKings Sportsbook

Cooper Flagg over 27.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists (-104)

While it hasn’t been all smooth sailing for the No. 1 overall pick in this year’s draft, Flagg has flashed huge upside and should carry even more of the offense in Mexico since Anthony Davis is sidelined. If D’Angelo Russell joins him or is limited, there would be even more work for Flagg as the team’s playmaker.

Flagg has gone over this PRA (points, rebounds, and assists) line in three of his last four games, but fell woefully short in his matchup with the Thunder, who held him to only four PRA. He bounced back well on Wednesday, though, chipping in 15 points, 10 rebounds, and four assists in 35 minutes to get the Mavs past the Pacers.

The Pistons allow the fifth-most fantasy points to point guards and typically play with good pace, which should help Flagg get to at least 28 PRA in this matchup. If you really want to be aggressive, Flagg to post a double-double is a juicy +402, and he already has two double-doubles in his five games this season.

Isaiah Stewart 14+ Points + Rebounds (-101)

Beef Stew has been cooking to start the season, taking advantage of his regular role off the bench. He had 20 points and 10 boards in the season opener against the Bulls but then only had four points and four rebounds against the Rockets.

Since then, he has produced 15, 13, and 13 Points + Rebounds in his last three games. Even though he has come in just under this line in his last two contests, I think he should be able to go over it in this matchup against the banged-up frontcourt for the Mavericks.
With Gafford just coming back, he could be in a smaller role, leaving Stewart in favorable matchups against Dwight Powell or small-ball lineups, where he can thrive with his high-energy and constant motor.

On the season, Stewart is averaging 15.8 Points + Rebounds, so getting him at even money to get to 14 feels like very good value in this matchup.

P.J. Washington Rebounds + Assists over 9.5 (+105)

Washington will also have to pick up his game with Davis out of the lineup and could shift over to play a little bigger depending on how much time Gafford absorbs in his return. In the past few seasons, Washington has shown a very high ceiling when Davis has missed time.

Rather than taking him to score a ton of points, though, I prefer backing his non-scoring stat line. Washington hasn’t scored 20 points in any game this year, but he has had at least 10 Rebounds + Assists in each of his last four games. On the season, he’s averaging 8.2 rebounds and 2.4 assists in 33 minutes per game. Even though the Pistons are typically a tough fantasy matchup for forwards, Washington should be able to overcome that and post at least 10 rebounds and assists on Saturday night in Mexico City.
