BREEDERS’ CUP DISTAFF
The Distaff brings the best female dirt horses together for a showdown at 1 1/8 miles on the main track. The race is open to three-year-old and older females, and the ladies will compete for a purse of $2 million.

BREEDERS’ CUP TURF
The BC Turf is run at 1 ½ miles on grass for male and female horses, three years old and up. It’s the longest race of the World Championships and regularly sees the top talent from Europe and North America. This group will compete for the $5 million purse and is limited to 14 starters. Irish trainer Aidan O’Brien has won the Breeders’ Cup Turf a record six times.

BREEDERS’ CUP MILE

BREEDERS’ CUP CLASSIC
Over the past two days, champions in various thoroughbred racing divisions have been crowned, and now we’ve come to the definitive year ending race of this international event. The $7 million Breeders’ Cup Classic, run at 1 1/4 miles on dirt, draws the top worldwide thoroughbreds, including winners of the Triple Crown races. The race is open to male and female horses three years old and older and is repeatedly the richest single race in North America.
