UPDATE: Jalen Green (hamstring) has been ruled out for tonight’s game vs. the Grizzlies.
Suns G Jalen Green has missed the first four games of the season with a hamstring injury, but he has now been added to the injury report and is listed as questionable for Wednesday’s game vs. Memphis.
The bad news for Suns fans is that Dillon Brooks will be out for the second straight game with a groin injury.
Green is coming off a great season that saw him average 21 points, 4.6 rebounds and 3.4 assists per game for Houston. Green was a part of the Kevin Durant trade that saw him heading to Phoenix.
He will be a welcome addition to the starting five right away and hopefully can take some of the pressure off of Devin Booker’s shoulders. Booker leads the team in usage rate at 29.4% after four games, trailed closely by Dillon Brooks at 29.2%, who is now out.
