Best Travis Kelce prop bet for Chiefs vs. Commanders NFL Week 8 on Monday 10/27/25

Under Monday lights, tight end Travis Kelce steps into Arrowhead’s roar with the field tilted his way. Rashee Rice’s return siphons safety help, and Xavier Worthy’s vertical jet stretches landmarks, clearing the seams. Washington leans single-high and has bled nearly five tight-end receptions per game, a bullseye Kelce has raided for years. Bobby Wagner still thumps, but in space the angles fray, and Mahomes hunts those pivots and sit-downs. Tonight sets up volume early, red-zone chess late, and the kind of prime-time cadence where Kelce punctuates drives. Given the matchup, there’s plenty of prop value to be found in Kelce’s market tonight, and I’m taking a swing.

To wit—below, check out one of my favorite Travis Kelce props to consider from this Monday night tilt.

Travis Kelce to score 2+ touchdowns (+550)

I’m taking tight end Travis Kelce 2+ touchdowns at +550, a plus-money angle that fits tonight’s Arrowhead script. Kansas City has scored three or more touchdowns in four straight, and Washington bleeds explosive air damage. Washington allows 238.3 passing yards per game and 7.8 yards per attempt, with eight passes of 40+ yards. Anytime sits around -105 tonight; the ladder jump to 2+ at +600 offers real leverage. That loose back end forces Dan Quinn to squeeze seams, where Kelce’s option routes knife into vacated grass. Patrick Mahomes sits at 14 touchdowns with 66.1% completions, and his red-zone tempo isolates Kelce effortlessly.

Wide receiver Rashee Rice returned with seven catches on ten targets for 42 yards and two touchdowns, drawing targets on 25% of Patrick Mahomes’s red-zone snaps. Wide receiver Xavier Worthy stretches landmarks with a 26-yard average depth of target and a 37-yard season long. Washington plays single-high as often as almost anyone, allows 238.3 passing yards per game at 7.8 YPA, and has yielded eight gains of 40+ through the air. Linebacker Bobby Wagner owns 73 tackles, yet this defense still concedes about five tight-end receptions per game. Mahomes completes 73.3% when unpressured, and Washington ranks last in yards per attempt when they fail to create pressure. Inside the ten, Kansas City’s spacing punishes leverage, and tight end Travis Kelce sits on 31 receptions, 40 targets, 375 yards, and two scores. Isiah Pacheco’s downhill work feeds play-action as Kansas City averages 123.4 rushing yards per game. The Chiefs just converted 9-of-15 third downs, stacked 30 first downs, and held the ball 42:08 against Las Vegas. That cadence projects sustained drives and multiple red-zone snaps where Mahomes isolates Kelce on pivots and sit-downs. Kelce’s volume supplies the floor; man looks and tempo fades unlock the two-touchdown ceiling.

At +550, two scores price the environment, the matchup stressors, and the quarterback’s trust; I’ll fire. Kansas City’s implied win probability sits at 87.1%, and a front-running script concentrates red-zone choices on the security blanket.
