The Giants lost to the Broncos in Week 7 after allowing 33 fourth-quarter points. New York entered the frame with a 19-0 lead but fell short 33-32 on a game-winning field goal.
Now, the Giants will try to get some redemption in a rematch against the Eagles. Philadelphia lost the first matchup in Week 6, but it has home-field advantage this time.
New York is a 7.5-point underdog on the road and +310 on the moneyline, while Philadelphia is -395 on DraftKings Sportsbook. The game total is set at 43.5 points.

Here are my favorite player props for this Week 8 NFL game between the Giants and Eagles.
Giants vs. Eagles Best Prop Bets
Saquon Barkley under 82.5 rushing yards (-112)
After a blistering hot debut season with Philadelphia, Saquon Barkley has cooled off. The veteran back is averaging just 3.3 yards per carry and 52.7 rushing yards per game. That’s a significant drop from his 5.8 YPC and 125.3 YPG averages last year.
It’s not just Barkley; the Eagles’ offense as a whole has been inconsistent this year. Some games, they’ll finish with over 300 total offensive yards, while other games are either low-scoring, low-yardage or a mix of both.
Last week’s contest was an example of excellent offense. The Eagles scored 28 points with 361 total yards of offense, but most of it came through the air.
Barkley finished with 44 rushing yards on 18 carries, and the team had 45 total rushing yards. Barkley had 58 yards on 12 carries against the Giants in Week 6. It’s possible he improves in the rematch, but 82.5 rushing yards is too steep of a line.
Cam Skattebo over 55.5 rushing yards (-112)
Few players bring the same level of excitement to the field that Cam Skattebo does. His energy is contagious, and the rest of the team is benefitting from it.
New York is intent on running the ball, as it ranks second in rushing attempts in the NFL. It also ranks 11th in rushing yards and fifth in rushing touchdowns. Jaxson Dart certainly helps this, but Skattebo is the primary runner.
He’s averaging 4.1 yards per carry, 56.9 yards per game and 14 carries per game through seven games and four starts. When considering just his starts, Skattebo is averaging 3.9 yards per carry, 74 yards per game and 18.8 carries per game.
Philadelphia’s defense hasn’t been great this year, ranking 21st in rushing yards allowed. Skattebo should hit the over fairly easily with New York’s run-heavy offense.
DeVonta Smith over 72.5 receiving yards. (-110)
The Eagles will be shorthanded on offense with A.J. Brown sidelined. That shouldn’t be too much of a problem as DeVonta Smith is capable of taking on WR1 duties.
Smith is coming off a monstrous performance against the Vikings, totaling 183 yards and a touchdown on nine receptions. This came with Brown on the field. Without Brown, there will definitely be more attention, but New York’s secondary isn’t one to worry about.
