The 2025 NFL season is on to the Sunday slate of Week 8. There are plenty of ways to get in on the action. Here’s a look at my favorite player prop bets for this week’s schedule, all of which you can place on DraftKings Sportsbook.
Without further ado, here are three of the best player props for NFL Week 8, including Tyler Warren, George Pickens and Drake London.
NFL Week 8 Player Props
Colts vs. Titans: Tyler Warren Anytime TD (+110)
The Colts have been the best offense in football this season. They are leading the NFL in offensive EPA/play through eight weeks. The running game of Jonathan Taylor and Daniel Jones is leading the way, but the passing game has been strong as well. A big part of the reason for the success in the passing game is rookie tight end Tyler Warren. Daniel Jones is not the type of quarterback to consistently push it down the field. Warren is the perfect target who can find the soft spot in the zone, allow Jones to make an intermediary throw, and then Warren can turn it into a big play with his strong YAC ability.
Last season, Brock Bowers led all tight ends in receiving yards as a rookie. So far this season, another rookie, Warren, is leading all tight ends in receiving yards. Not only is he racking up yards, but he has become Jones’ top red-zone target as well. He is a big target for Jones in the end zone. Warren is also the perfect target to be on the field for heavy personnel play-action sets close to the goal line. Warren has now scored a touchdown in four straight games, including one on the ground. This Titans defense ranks 28th in the NFL in EPA/play. The Colts’ offense might cool off eventually, but not this week. Warren should score a touchdown for the fifth straight game on Sunday.
Falcons vs. Dolphins: Drake London o66.5 Receiving Yards (-111)
Drake London is one of the most talented receivers in the league. He has been outshone by his own teammate, Bijan Robinson, so far this season. Robinson ranks second in the NFL in scrimmage yards, but when Michael Penix wants to push it down the field, London is his go-to guy. This Falcons offense is a completely different beast at home this season. Atlanta is averaging 26 points per game in Atlanta, compared to just 10.7 points per game on the road. In three home games this season, Drake London is averaging 107.7 receiving yards per game. Michael Penix Jr. is questionable for this game, but if Kirk Cousins is forced to start, he already has a good connection with London as well. Both Falcons quarterbacks are capable of pushing it down the field, so there isn’t much concern there, especially against the Dolphins. Miami ranks dead last in both defensive EPA/dropback and defensive dropback success rate. This should be a huge game for London, and he should cruise over this number.
Cowboys at Broncos: George Pickens Anytime TD (+185)
George Pickens is having a fantastic season with the Cowboys. Adding Pickens has helped take this Dallas offense to another level. Dak Prescott is playing at an MVP level, CeeDee Lamb is one of the best receivers in the league and Dallas has established a run game with Javonte Williams as well. George Pickens was always a boom-or-bust receiver. He was capable of incredible plays and dominant games, but his occasional bad attitude and the lack of other weapons in Pittsburgh also led to negative times.
Pickens has seemingly embraced being CeeDee Lamb’s right-hand man, loving the fact that he is not getting double coverage all game anymore. Lamb missed a couple of games with an injury and even in that spot, Pickens rose to the occasion as the WR1. He is the Cowboys’ leading receiver on the season and has six touchdowns through seven games. Pickens has 13 end-zone targets this season, the second-most in the NFL, behind only Davante Adams. His big body and great hands have made him Dak Prescott’s favorite target when trying to get into the end zone. The Broncos’ all-world cornerback Patrick Surtain II will spend most of the game shadowing CeeDee Lamb, which should open the door for Pickens to score his seventh touchdown of the season.
