After playing in the first half of Friday’s game vs. the Rockets, Pistons center Jalen Duren was ejected due to a flagrant 2. Prior to exiting, he went 3/4 from the field for six points and pulled down six rebounds with a steal and a block.

Some DraftKings Sportsbook bettors may wonder whether the new Early Exit program is in effect. While Duren did leave during the first half, the Early Exit program does not apply because he was ejected, not injured. Wagers will settle as usual in this case.
